GPO-Based Removal of Registry Entries

I need to remove some registry values from a very large batch of PCs on a
network that I support.
I'd like to use a GPO to remove these values. My question is: Is there a
particular GPO setting I can use, or should it somehow be scripted? I'd love
to know the best way to accomplish this via GPO.
Thank you!
