Hi
Before starting with EFS, you should read a litle more about this technology. Generally is NOT a good idea using EFS in a enterprise without a KRA and a DRA.

Hello, I have a protected folder with EFS which I need to share on my
network. I already shared the folder and gave Share and NTFS permissions
so that a user from the network can open the file. The problem is that
when the user is trying to open the encrypted file he is getting an
access is denied. The encrypted folder was created by the Administrator
account on the DC 2008 server pc and a different user from the network
is trying to open the file. How can I share the encrypted file with
multiple users on the network.
Thank you
