User replication conflict (CNF)

We have 8 objects in A.D. that are experiencing replication problems, i found
those 8 objects using a vbs script; when i try to search those objects in
A.D. using LDP or ADSIEDIT i'm unable to locate them, i've read that it's
possible to locate the objects but all the searches i've made didn't get
anything.
Please help me delete that objects.
