Any reason the .192 subnet? It appears that the two machines, based on the subnet masks, are on two different subnets. Curious, I assume you are using VLANs?

Otherwise, they look ok.

Any Eventlog errors on the DC? If so, please post the EventID#s and the Source names, please.
