You can't, as far as i know. Because of the existing trust's to the other domain's they are displayed in the logon to field. Also the local computer can not be hidden.
While he can't hide them he could make the one he wants to show up normally be the default so that users are less likely need to "explore" that drop-down selection list. But if he doesn't reply to me here I'll assume he doesn't want to explore this option. I'm surprised there's not a GPO to hide the other options...although something custom I guess could be improvised.
There is no way to hide it. HOwever, IIRC, the last one that was logged on with, will be the one that pops up on the screen, unless you hide the last logged on user, which then I believe it will show the default it is joined to.
