I have done the testing and seen the "..startup script " before the logon
screen.
We are asking user to restart the machine before leaving work. We are
talking about a size of 70 MB on acrobat deployment with about 150 users.

If it is under the computer section in the startup, it will happen during
the boot up process. Be warned you if have impatient users and if it takes
a long time, these user may recycle the power thinking something isn't
working correctly. So get out good info after you test it and understand
the impact.
