Software deployment under computer configuration

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hello,

I have deployed software using the Group Policy (MSI package) in the past.
This time, we are using a msp (Acrobat) package using the startup script
(under computer configuration).

My question is since it is configured under the computer configuration
(startup script), does the whole install process take place before the user
logons on or is it a partial install when the computer loads up and then
completes the installation when the user logons on.

Thanks in advance,
tnt
.
