force all users profiles on the computer

We have a 2003 Active Directory domain with XP clients.
In one of our locations, we have hundreds of users that roam about who only
need read-only (mandatory) profile.

We'd like to accomplish something like below.
Any users who logon to the computers on the first floor to get this profile
as this profile has settings appropriate for this floor >
//server1/profile/mandatory1
Any users who logon to the computers on the second floor to get this profile
as this profile has settings appropriate for this floor >
//server1/profile/mandatory2
and so on...

Is there a way to accomplish this? I didn't find any group policy settings
that can do this.
