Hi
yes an AD LDS instance that is domain joined will allow domain security
principals
to bind, search for "security principals in ADAM" in [1] and have a security
context.
For example the ADSIEdit tool when editing
the member attribute of a group allows domain (or local windows) accounts to
be specified [2].
