Install GPMC with SP1. With that one you can create reports from the GUI and also have scripts in the GPMC folder.

Hi...

I'm trying to find a way (preferably automated) to find out what
settings have been enabled in each GPO in my domain. We've got about
230 GPOs, and I'm trying to figure out what each one really does. Is
there an official or third-party application which will do this?
