Jorge,
Yes, they are the owners of the files in their home directory.
Would this be easier toaccomplish by just setting disk quotas on the server
drive that holds the student folders?

Hi.
Quotas work based on the file ownership, are the students owners of all
files that are exceeding the disk quota? IF not, you can redefine the owner
for those files under their folder properties and then try again.

Hello,
We are trying to impose disk quotas on the student OU without any luck.
Any
suggestions as to where I went wrong will be greatly appreciated.
The following policies are enabled for the student OU:
Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/Disk Quotas
Enable Disk quota
Default Quota Limit and Warning Level
Enforce Disk Quota Limit
Log Event when Quota exceeded
Log Event when Quota warning level exceeed
Othe info
All students have a server based home folder set intheir profile.
In tests students can save more than the quota to both their server folder
and to the local drive
Thank you
Jim Pattison
