No, the users are located in a OU we created name Firm Objects / Users and
the account I want them to manage in the the Domain Wide Service Accounts OU.
Also this is Windows 2003.

What elevated privileges are you talking about? Where are that accounts located,
same OU or another one?

Hi, I need to be able to give a regular user in our company who is in
charge of maintaining and adminitering the information in active
directory permissions to manage a group/user that has "elevated
privileges. It this possible without making him a Domain Admin?
