Okay, my mistake. I had tried on the SBS group, but help dried up. I thought that since it was tied to the account creation, maybe the answer was in AD.
I'll try some other avenue.

Hi - RWW is part of SBS, not part of AD, and OWA is part of Exchange, also not part of AD. SBS is its own beast, and you should post all SBS questions in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs. If you also want to post them in other groups to cast a wider net, *crosspost* them there as well. Don't attempt to do anything in SBS the non-SBS way, unless you know for a fact that there isn't one, or you may have unexpected results.
