never had that question before...

to do what you want you would most likely need to "edit" some DLL on the computer where the logon is taking place. If even possible, it is most likely not supported.

I would like to edit that prompt and if possible add a link.

I know within the Group Policy Management the only option to edit in that
policy is the days, but am hoping there is a system file somewhere that i
can edit.
