domain controller

Sir
One more thing i want to know that if we have two Dcs (Dc1, Dc2) in a
single domain forest. Dc1 have all five (FSMO) roles and another Dc2
have not any role but both Dcs are Global catalog and both Dcs have
active directory integrated Dns. Then suddenly our Dc1 goes down and
that is not recoverable, then how many changes require making the Dc2
like as Dc1.
Please resolve the problem

Thanks
Sunil kumar
