I did not try that, but I don't want to do that either. The funny thing is,
it was working before just it suddnely starting giving this error.

Sounds like a classic DNS issue.

As requested by Meinolf, can you provide that information? Also,
please provide an unedited ipconfig /all from your DC(s) please.

Also run:
dcdiag /v > c:\dcdiag.txt
netdiag /v > c:\netdiag.txt
and copy/paste the results.
Also, after that, run:
ipconfig /registerdns
net stop netlogon
net start netlogon
netdiag /fix
And see if the error disappears. If not, we need to look at your
ipconfigs as well as taking into account how many DCs and sites
exist, WAN links, number of domains (parent-child), etc, to help
diagnose it. Also, if more than one domain, a GC cannot be an
Infrastructure Master. All these can contribute to the error.

But if you only have one DC, and this is occuring, my bet is
something in the SRVs are not registering, or an external DNS server
IP address (such as an ISP or your router's IP) is being used in IP
properties.
