join computer to domain

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi All.
I removed a computer from domain (disjoin) and delete the computer account.
Then when I add the computer back to the doamin with the same computer name
and reboot I am unable to logon. error message (The system cannot log you
on due to the following error: The specified domain either does not exist or
could not be contacted.") . I then checked the ADUC and didn't find the
computername appears that its being deleted for some reason perhaps due to
replication
from the othere sites. However if I manually add the computer name and join
the domain it seems to be fine..

BTW.. If i disjoin and add the computer back to the doamin with a different
computer name I don't have this problem. Its seems that only if I use the
same computer name is when I have this problem.

Any help would certainly be appreciated

.
