Hello Brandon,
I did understand your question but there are so many different things that can be going on I wouldn't even be able to begin to try and figure this out. If you were able to post the specific erros someone from the groups might have seen or understand what is going on. Without some details I think it is going to be difficult for you to be given much of a route to persue.
Here are a couple of possible leads.
You could try using ultrasound, sonar or frsdiag
You could monitor logging

Others online have run into the same problem where the secure channel
is broken and resetting the machine password fixes it but that assumes
the DCs are not having the same problem. You reset their passwords
using netdom and if they can't replicate you are going to be screwed
if you reset them again because they will then be out of sync forever
and you obviously can't just rejoin them to the domain.

other things aren't working which is already visible in the current
