Hello Luca,
No it can't. So why don't you start a new thread and describe what exactly you want to accomplish and see if somone can help out with what you specifically want to accomplish.

Hi,
I've defined an OU and a sub OU:
[...]
\-----Windows XP Machines [OU]
\------------SP2 [Sub OU]
\------------SP3 [Sub OU]
can I put a computer object in the "Windows XP Machines" OU and in the
"SP2" sub OU?
And will the computer be applied for the both OU related group
policies ?
.
