Can I have a 3rd logon option?

Our users currenlty have the choice of logging into
our network using a userID we provide, or their social security number. One
of these IDs is the Logon name and the other is the pre-Windows 2000 logon
name. We have provided those users with email addresses (not Exchange-based
email) and would like to give them the option of using the ID we provided,
their social security number OR their email address as a logon name for
desktop (Windows XP on a domain) authentication.
I don't know of a way to enable a 3rd logon option natively within AD. Is
there a 3rd party tool that will give me the ability to have more than 2
logon IDs per AD user? Thanks.
