I do not want them to logon to any computer
Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
I have 100 new users every year. I want them to logon to OWA and SharePoint
only. Since logging in to office my XP computers will create a profile on
each computer, I setup a ONE generic account that everybody can rather use
and from there they can can go to the web to check their company e-mail. The
problem is no one is following these instructions. They are using their user
account to logon to the XP machine. This created many profiles that are
taking space on the local hard drive. I tried to assign them to logon to
certain computer through AD but nobody was able to logon remotely due to the
restriction. any idea?
Thanks,
.
