Re: Find a users OU in ADUC

Hello Meinolf,
Clicked on wrong person when I replied. Wasn't supposed to go to you. I am using a temp install (Win 2008 server) so I have had to use a different NewsGroup Reader, I don't really like it, but OE and Webmail don't work on W2K8.

Hello Meinolf,
Double click on the user and select the Object tab. It should
provide
the
Canonical Name of the user.

Hi,

We have 1000's of users and often use the find feature to locate a
user, how do we find out what OU that user is from? I can't figure
this simple request out.
