We have a 90 day expiration policy on our domain.
75-80% of our users log onto or Citrix farm. 10-15% do a domain logon
to their workstation.
About 5-10 % do a local logon (standard user). These folks map their
network drives and printers.
The first two groups get the expected notice, starting 14 days prior,
that their domain password is expiring. The problem is the remaining
3rd group. They will only know when they can't map drives, their
printers don't work and they can't open their Exchange mailboxes.
Is there a way for me (or the domain) to notify them that their
passwords will expire? I'd like it to be automatic (e-mail would be
best), but I'll accept a way of generating a report that I can pass on
to them (and their supervisors).
