Re: Sites and Services Subnets not working

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hello Maple,
Check the following log to see if there are any complaints on sites not listed. If there are the workstations will go to the default site.
This should list all unlisted subnets where machines don't find a home in Sites and Services

%systemroot%\Debug\Netlogon.log

I have multiple sites on different subnets. Each site has a site link
back to a hub site, and don't replicate directly with any other site.
All the sites have 2 DC's, one of which is a GC.

Over all everything is working fine, but I have clients that aren't
logging in to their local site. I've checked the subnet settings for
the sites on all the DC's I can't seem to find a reason why clients
are using remote sites for Logging in.

Anyone have an idea about why this is happening?

Thank you,

Maple
