Ok, now that we know that the machine is member of the domain:
In object type select: "Groups or Built-in security principals" to display some of them. In a member ser or workstation the LOCAL Administrators won't show up unless you're doing this at the serverDC itself. If you want to assign to a domain Local Security Groups you may need to create a new one manually (actually you can do that to test and run the search again and you'll see that the new local security group shows in the results).
Use local groups to apply permissions to local resources then make the Global Groups inside that local groups, then users inside GLobal Groups, additionally to large deployments you can use Universal Groups with Globals inside, or nesting UNG with UNG.

Hi all
I should say I clicked/ or chose (not double clicked) on Builtin container
and hit find Now button, it did not display any Security group.
My apologies

Hi
Additionally for what Meinfold said, and assuming that the machine is member
of the Domain, check if the "Locations" when defining security properties is
correct and it has the domain listed.
