Additionally for what Meinfold said, and assuming that the machine is member of the Domain, check if the "Locations" when defining security properties is correct and it has the domain listed.

Hi all
As I am builidng a seperate File server with Wins 2003 R2 installed. Then I
make a shared folder but I am not able to find the Administrators (Secuirty
Group one NOT Administrator - User). However when I created a shared folder
on DC server then I am able to find/add the Administrators - Security. group.
Any help would be appreciated
