Well, for what its worth it sounds like to me from what you has posted
that it's an issue on the laptop as the issue is not happening on the
local PC. I am sure you have already have came to the same conclusion. I
will do some more research on TechNet to see if anyone else has had this
issue or something close to it.
Good luck and if you happen to get it figured out please post up what
you found just in case someone else runs into this same issue.
