I do not want to merge them I want to replace the ABC.com with the
123.ABC.

What I m looking to have as the end result:
ABC.com - was originally 123.ABC.com
You are contradicting yourself. First you said ABD becomes 123,... and then
you said 123 becomes ABC.
Forget 123 and ABC,...forget "replaceing" or "merging",...there is no
replacing, and there is no merging. You are simply creating a *new* Domain
& Forest. Then you migrate *whatever* contents you want into it via the
Inter-Forest Trust,...whether those contents come from the Parent, the
Child, or Both is pretty much irrelevant,...just get the contents from
wherever it needs to come from.
