Are you asking if you can create a copy of an existing GPO? If so, the Group
Policy Management Console has this functionality built in...
Once you the copy is created, link it to the second OU...

Hopefully someone can anwser the following question for me plz ..

On a W2K3 server I have a Group Policy applied to an OU in the main
domain.
I want to also apply the same Group Policy to another OU at the same level
in
the main domain, , but, , and here is the question>

I want to be able to change a couple of things within the GP, but onlty in
the second OU???. Now when I change the setting in either OU it make the
change also to the other.

Is there away around this plz
