OK, step by step what I am doing

1. Install a unique instance Backend, the instance is running under
the Network Service account.
2. Stop "Backend" service.
3. Launch the ntbackup tool.
4. Try to backup the instance. Select "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Adam
\Backend" directory.
5. Start backup. It seems to finish without errors. The following
report was generated

6. Start the "Backend" service.
7. Create Test container on this server.
8. Stop the "Backend" service.
