After pulling my hair and almost going bald, I realise one simple thing.
The windows 2003 server does not have the lockouttime entry under [user] in
the dssec.dat file.
Is there anyway to get the unlock option up in a taskpad or just in the
right click window on a windows 2003 without a script?

Thank you for your answer.
Have read thru the site and linking sites and some more.
Alot of them helps out with how to delegate the rights to be able to
unlock
a user.
But I'm still looking for how to put the unlock feature in a taskpad.
Is this task impossible to do within MS, do one have to use a home
made
script?
Best regards
Paco

Summer time is here with vacations and all, people will forget their
passwords and lockout their account.
When I'm not in the office I thought I should make it easier for
some
of my
colleges the help out with this.
I have delegatet the rights to reset the password, change the
password
and unlock an account for the domain to a domain local group.
I have made an mmc that just shows the the Ou and only the users
with in.
But when creating a taskpad I can only get it to reset the password.
Is there anyway to get it to unlock accounts also? or even better be
able to
change the password too?
All help is appretiated
