I am familier with how LDAP/DNS works, I would just like to find out if
there is some way of tracking down who is connecting to my servers for DNS
or
LDAP services.

Short of a packet sniffer like NetMonitor or Etherreal I don't know of any.

Your probably have beter luck inventorying your equipment and documenting
what the equipment does (a general description would do for now) and then
determine from that what would be likely canidates to require LDAP or DNS.
Then go into the config of those device and see how they are configured.

I've been where I am for 9 years,..but it probably took me the first two
years to fully grasp what I had in front of me. But we are a TV Station and
so there is a ton of equipment around here.
