Jorge, am I wrong about not being able to modify this since it is class 1
schema object? I thought that was the rule for those but I could be wrong.

It is a category 1 schema object (systemFlags = 0x10) which means you
cannot change it.

loading the schema i can pull up the attribute but the Syntax/Minumum/
Maximum fields are grayed out.
