Ok first off, thanks so much for the help so far..
I am trying to get to the bottom of this..So I ran a dcdiag on one
server in each site, and also a repamin /showreps as well.
First is Site 2 dc which is the server that is working fine that shows
the FSMO Roles it is supposed to have..
