Ok, 1st time poster here trying to figure out what to do here.
I have a 3 DC domain spread between 2 sites.
Site 1 has 2 dc's
Site 2 has 1 dc Site one DC has all server roles, pdc, rid etc.
Dc's in site 1 had an error in which, another workstation was added to
the domain with delegation enabled..
Something happened and for some reason the following happened:
Dc in site 2 got kicked from domain, and Replication began failing.
I managed to get the DC back online and it is running fine.
A netdom query fsmo shows DC in site 2 as having all roles, which is
the way it is supposed to be.
Now Both DC's in Site 1 now show the old workstation as the FSMO role
holder when i run netdom query fsmo.
What I am trying to figure out is the best procedure to get everything
working again...
Any advice would be appreciated.
