Hi Luiz,
You have to give the Create Computer Objects to a user for the Computers
container in Active Directory. To do that:
1. From the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in, click Advanced
Features on the View menu so that you can view the Security tab when you
click Properties.
2. Right-click the Computers container, and then click Properties.
3. On the Security tab, click Advanced.
4. On the Permissions tab, add user.
5. Make sure the This object and all child objects option is displayed in
the Apply onto box.
6. From the Permissions box, click to select the Allow check box next to the
Create Computer Objects and then click OK.
Here is a good link about user rights:

Have a nice day!

Hi,.
I have a W2K3 domain with XP workstaions.
I created a user, helpdesk, to join machines in my domain.
I know the a simple user can join up to 10 machines.
What policy must I set to the user join more machines in the domain?
Must I set the policy at Domain level?
Anyone can help me, please?
Thanks.
