cannot see other sites computers in "my network places"

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am having an issue my remote sites when an administrator goes into "My
Network Places" he is only seeing the sites that he is located at. So, he
cannot see any of the computers on the network that are at my site. I have
been into AD Sites and Services, and set up each site and placed the Domain
controller for each site in the correct container. I have looked at things
in the AD Sites and services, and I have all of the subnets going to the
correct sites. One thing I did notice is the "Global Catalog" there is not a
check mark in that box. Will that prevent other sites from seeing all other
sites computers? Does "Global Catalog" need to be checked?
