Pointers on not allowing users to save to deskotp via Group Policy?

All,
I don't' have much experience with Group Policy. Recently, the tops of the
company want to disable the ability for our users to save to the desktop. I
believe the best way to implement this is via Group Policy. Any pointers and
sites I can check out to help me setting this up?
