Hello Steve,
This function is only accessable for them, if they are administrators. So check that first.
Best regards

Our students have found a way of using Find Printers to search the
domain for printers, computer & users. At the same time they have
found that after searching for computers, they can right click on a
computer name, get a drop down menu, select manage to open the
computer management screen from which they are able to reset all
passwords, etc. including the administrator. Has anyone any idea's on
how to disable this function, including putting the setting in GPO's.
Thanks.
