installation of printer drivers on the client side is controlled by the
Point and Print functionality - more on this at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/techinfo/overview/pointandprint.mspx
You might want to consider creating two separate printers (each with
distinct driver) associated with the same physical device and have user
select the one they want to use...
