No duplicate computer name on the network, and yes the machine has two
NICs
and running BASP(Broadcom Advanced Server Program) but only one is active,
the other one is standby.
Also the return of ipconfig/all is normal.

You didn't answer if you had a duplicate name on the network or if the
machine had two nic's enabled.
Also, from a command prompt run and post the following
ipconfig /all
Run this on your DC, DNS server and the machine that is having the
problem.

Paul,
The event id for MRxSmb is 8003 and NetBT's event id is 4321.
TIA,
Pakeon

Master browser elections are normal occurrence
The other sounds like you either have two nics in the same machine or
you
are trying to name a second machine with a name another has. Posting
event
id #'s is helpful.

Hi,
I need your help on these errors.
I found the following errors keep showing in system event log:
1) "
The master browser has received a server announcement from the
computer
SRVPRDAPP04 that believes that it is the master browser for the
domain
on
transport NetBT_Tcpip_{875CB7C8-E00E-. The master browser is
stopping
or
an
election is being forced.
