No duplicate computer name on the network, and yes the machine has two
NICs
and running BASP(Broadcom Advanced Server Program) but only one is active,
the other one is standby.

Also the return of ipconfig/all is normal.

Run this on your DC, DNS server and the machine that is having the

The event id for MRxSmb is 8003 and NetBT's event id is 4321.
