This depends on the domain functional level - take a look at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/topics/win2003/lastlogon.mspx for some more info and additional considerations regarding accuracy of the value stored in the replicated attribute...
In general, this depends on the value of IsMemberOfPartialAttributeSet attribute of the attribute...
