Hello Cynyster,

You can NOT create a list with passwords from the user accounts. For migration from the domains have a look at ADMT v3.

This is my scenario. I have a couple "Network Consultants" working at
my parent company and we are working to consolidate all our e-mail
into one exchange server farm. Right now my primary DC is also an
exchange server. We are looking to migrate all the mail boxes from my
exchange server 2000 to a new exchange server over at the parent
company's office.

Now I have been working with windows 2000 advanced server for quite a
few years and I found this request from the "Network Consultants"
rather disturbing:

<<<"Joe" and I are going to be doing a bunch of stuff for "The
Company" this week, beginning tomorrow. To prep for the mail
migration, can you send me a list of your users' user names and
passwords as they're set up in your AD right now? >>>

As far as I recall there is no way to generate that list. Additionally
would it not be simpler to join the exchange server to my domain and
then there would be no need to generate a list?

Needless to say I do not trust these "Consultants" and I am having
nightmares of them recreating accounts instead of migrating the
accounts.

I do have a password list so to speak as every employee must fill out
a form with the company policy regarding e-mail and it includes their
initial password requests.. but those passwords sometimes have been
changed as they did not meet the complexity requirements. I am hoping
to avoid a potential disaster.

any suggestions?
