ADModify.net might just be the ticket...

Scripting might be useful. LDIFDE might be of help as well.

Depends on what you are doing. Is it the same thing (like the address) that
will be inputed 500 times or is it going to be different for each of the 500
users (like a telephone number). If that later is the case then
admodify.net will not help...
