Hello Tom,
Have a look here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sbs/upgrade/default.mspx
During the Setup you need 1.5 GB of free disk space:

Hello,
We are currently running a Windows 2000 Small Business Server and for
software reasons need to upgrade to Windows 2003 Small Business
Server. I
have about 1.5GB of free space on my C: drive. Is that enough for a
standard
upgrade? Do I need to make any AD changes before I upgrade?
Thanks for any help,
Tom
