Only the delta's.
If you are running Windows 2000, however, your global catalog will be
resync'ed if any of the new attributes are included in the partial attribute
set.

After to the extension of the AD, did the entire NTDS.dit database is
replicated or just the new classes and attributes?
My NTDS.dit is 1Gb large, is that the whole database through the
network or just the new attributes and classes?
