Hello PghTech,
Please post an ipconfig /all from both machines here. Slow startups can have a DNS problem.

We have two Windows 2003 servers (citrix servers) that boot up and
prior to getting the login window, it hangs for approx 15-20mins at a
"running login scripts".
However, there is no Domain policies either at the OU or parent
containers, nor a local policy running that we found that is a "login
script" causing this problem.
Furthermore, no other server in the domain has this problem. I would
assume that since the login scripts don't exist anymore or problems
with the scripts that it is trying to run (that we can't locate) is
causing it to hang for so long.
We have also forced a GPO update.
We did find a OU policy that stated there was a 10min (approx 600 sec)
that was set to "NOT CONFIGURED" in the GPO section, we changed it to
"DISABLED" and it didn't make any difference.
Can anyone give any suggestions on how to find and eliminate what is
causing the 2 servers to hang at attempting to run "login scripts".
Thanks in advance.
