Desktop Support Members / Active Directory

Desktop Support Members / Active Directory

I am looking for a way to grant my desktop support members to perform tasks
in AD while keeping all secure so I can sleep at night.

I need for the uses to have the ability to Add/Remove Workstations, Reset
Passwords, Unlock Accounts. Is there something I can do grant a user/ or
group this right w/o compromising security and giving them to much power?
