to delegate the creation of shares on servers....
Binary DACL configured in “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\DefaultSecurity\SrvsvcShareFileInfo”. Configuration is done using TweakUI by using the “Access Control --> Manage File Shares” option and adding an ACE for <AD group> with “Full Control”

Windows Server 2003 domain. If i add user to server operators group should
they be able to create network shares on Windows 2000/2003 member servers or
can they only share folders on Domain controllers.
