GPO I/O Overlap Issue
Hi,
We are having a peculiar issue with one machine on our network. We
have a Windows 2003 Standard Edition Server and the machine having the
issue is running Windows XP Professional.
ISSUE: User Configuration Group Policy is receiving the following
error:
Group Policy Infrastructure failed due to the error listed below:
Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.
This is causing the folder redirection on this one computer to not
execute.
My research has led me to attempt removing the Stored Passwords on the
XP machine, removing and readding the PC to the domain, and checking
the DNS Settings (all correct).
I am not sure what is causing this error anymore and am hoping someone
can point me in the right direction. At this point, all I see is
possibly formatting and reimaging the PC. Has anyone had this happen
before or does anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks,
Vivek Pandit
